How many sessions of hypnotherapy will I need?

It really depends on your issue as to how many sessions of hypnotherapy you may need. Removing a fear of insects usually only takes one or two sessions but for long term anxiety based issues and panic attacks its usually about four sessions. The average is between Two and four sessions with psychosomatic chronic pain taking about six sessions.

What results can I expect at the end of my time with you?

When you leave me I would expect you to be in a position where you are getting on with your life without crippling anxiety and panic attacks. I don’t use stage hypnotist tricks and make promises of single session quick fixes. I don’t use unimaginative scripts or over intellectualised vague language. I treat all my clients as individuals and give their issues the time and respect that they deserve. My sessions are approximately 2 hours long and I allocate a morning, afternoon or evening for each session so there is never a rush. I don’t care what your problem is you will always get 100% of my attention. My only aim is to help you change your unproductive beliefs so that you can go and live the life you deserve to live.
