Diets do not address these issues which is why they seldom work in the long-term. Once these issues have been identified and resolved, better, more productive habits can be installed and choosing healthy food and eating the right amounts is easy.

You can continue to enjoy chocolate and crisps if you like but you will only want 1 piece of chocolate, a handful of crisps not a family sized chocolate bar or a big bag of Dorito’s. You can eat what you want, when you are hungry but in small quantities.
