You have programs running inside your mind that you don’t have to think about and some that you are completely unaware of.
There are hundreds of thousands of programs that are stored within your subconscious mind that help you navigate life. These programs get things done without conscious thought. Walking, talking, reading, driving, eating etc, etc are Some of the things that we perform automatically.
At some point in our lives we learnt how to do them and we filed them away because they were useful. The ones that are really important to us are the ones that we use the most and we become ‘really’ good at those because we practice them all the time. Most of the programs we run are useful but what about the bad programs that we run unconsciously?

‘Nothing in life will ever work out for me’
‘I’ll never find happiness’
‘I’m not good enough’
‘I’m ugly inside and out’
‘I’m an anxious person and always will be’
‘I’m not loveable’
‘Everyone hates me’
Do you recognise any of the ones above?
The good news is that they are only perceptions or beliefs, ‘not the truth’ Most of them you learned when you were a child funnily enough.
Recognising that you are running negative programs is the first step to recovery. The second step is more tricky, which is where my help comes in. Just knowing is not good enough. What you need is someone to help you change these programs at a subconscious level.
